Recent Crown King Visitors

Crown King attracts a variety of individuals. On Friday, March 16th, Kurt rode his mountain bike from Groom Creek to Crown King. After a short rest at the General Store, Kurt headed towards Senator Highway for his long trip home. While most folks travel to Crown King in motorized vehicles, we are proud to be the destination for our ‘mountain biking’ visitors. Two of the newest cabin owners in Crown King, Su Ling and Jeff, are avid mountain bikers. Jeff first discovered Crown King on a bike ride from I-17. It would be great if Crown King becomes more popular with the mountain bike community. You are always welcome to stop in for a fill up on water and fudge! Hope to see you again Kurt!

And thanks for sporting a CK oval sticker on your ride!

  1. Speaking of recent visitors, our party underestimated the snow forcast and we were caught off gaurd by the storm that rolled in on the 17th and 18th. The good folks who own the General Store helped us out and we were able to get out of the storm safely.

Thank you so much again. If you do store any of the items you find that we left under the snow we would appreciate that greatly and can return in a week or so to pick the items up.
