The 2015 Crown King Open was held on Saturday, Sept 26th in the tall pines of Crown King. While there isn’t an actual ‘golf course’ on the mountain, we do manage to create a course and hold a tournament every year. The Two Mile * One Hole golf tournament is a long standing favorite with the locals & tourists. This year was no exception. Golfers were treated to mimosas and bloody marys at the start of the tournament. Along the route they were welcomed to beer stops and hot dogs. All the stops were included with the price of admission, along with an awards dinner & commemorative tee shirt. The Crown King Chamber of Commerce hosted the event and the proceeds will go towards promoting Crown King & its events. Thanks to all the sponsors as well as the many volunteers. Thanks also to the cabin owners who provided their facilities for this event. We could not have had such success without the many golfers who joined us this year. We hope you had as much fun as we did watching you!
