Easter Sunday 2015 was extra special if you were in Crown King. The day began at the Sunrise Service hosted by the local pastor, Tony Nelson from the Crown King Community Church. The congregation was treated to a non-denominational service while the sun peaked over the horizon. After Sunrise Service, the town was invited to a Pancake Breakfast at the General Store. Gerry & Sandy, owners of the General Store, created a wonderful meal, complete with all the trimmings. At noon, the Crown King Saloon hosted their Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Participation was on the low side, so all the kids scored big at the hunt. Three eggs even had $20 inside them!! Erica & Doug, owners of the CK Saloon, generously donated all the kids treats again.
