On Saturday, April 18th, the side yard of the CK Saloon was transformed to an Art & Music Festival. Guests were treated to the musical talents of All Strinz Considered while they shopped the vendors and sampled wines. Barb Henderson organized this event which included a photo contest & a Shoot-Out. Funds raised were donated to the Crown King Road Maintenance Association and the CK Fire Dept. The Historical Museum was open to the public, free of charge. The General Store served a BBQ on their side patio and local vendors sold their vintage clothing and antiques, with a portion donated to the CK Historical Society. The excitment built as the crowd gathered for a Shoot-Out at high noon, with the sheriffs hanging a notorious horse thief. The day was gorgeous and the crowd was certainly entertained. Thanks to all the vendors who participated and to Barb & Dave Henderson for organizing the 2015 Art Festival in Crown King.
